We believe that what I am Responding (IaR) has done with Two Tone Detect (TTD) is a game changer! We want to provide your agency with world class technology integration expertise to fully maximize your experience. Virtually eliminating missed pages caused by improperly managed computer systems or forgotten pagers.

How the Mi-Pi Technology Support System and Services work:

We provide a customized Mi Pi appliance, that is installed at your fire station, EMS quarters, Public Safety Answering Point, or other appropriate location. In addition to the custom made computer hardware, we provide backup software, integration experience, and all of your support needs to manage this technology. This MiPi will then monitor your existing radio frequency (Page channel) for your agency’s unique pager tones – using your existing radio/pager environment. The Mi Pi, running the FREE* IaR TTD software, will record voice messages associated with your unique paging tones and forward to your existing I am Responding IaR account. The Mi Pi system works with your existing IaR system(s). Our experts at Mi Pi Support will work on your behalf and/or in conjunction with your IT staff to provision the secure advanced programming interface between your location and the I am Responding data center. This partnership approach enables additional redundancy to your existing CAD, Texts, Paging, and radio solution(s).
